Our Theory of Change
If we…
Convene and connect key stakeholders—including youth and families—to develop a shared vision, call-to-action and targets designed to increase equity of opportunity for young people
Then we can …
- Collaborate to design strategies that are grounded in data and lived experience and that leverage existing assets
- And coordinate a collective response between grasstops and grassroots
So that, ultimately, we can…
Drive changes in resource flows, practices and policies to support high-impact, collaborative strategies that shift power, opportunity and access to youth and communities of color.
